Shipping
We ship USPS Priority Mail for all orders. In Stock Merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock we will email you with a estimated ship date. All orders are subject to credit approval. Premium 2-Day Delivery and Overnight Express orders of in stock merchandise placed before 3:00 PM PST ship the following business day.

Business Days: "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

   
Return Policy
You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment. It's easy to exchange or return merchandise to us by mail or at a upcoming show. Simply email us for a return address at info@cialowest.com and enclose a note as to why the return. We will exchange the merchandise or refund your money within 5-7 business days. If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.
